Botox, the Not So Beautiful Side Effects

Whenever you begin to take a new drug, you will find that there are side effects that could come about and it does not matter what the drug is. Botox will only be staying in your body for six months, maybe less and any of the side effects that could come about during that time is going to disappear after that six month time period. Individuals who would rather go through Botox, instead of letting the natural beauty shine through will continue to get those not so beautiful side effects. One of the most common side effects you will find botox to cause is bruising where the injection was done.

Some other common side effects that could arise from Botox users include respiratory infections, headaches, eyelid droop, flu-like symptoms and nausea. If you experience these symptoms, then you will be experiencing them for as long as Botox is in your body. However, facial paralysis is another side effect that could come about from Botox and that happens in less than one percent of the Botox users. A side effect that could come about from Botox is death and that is permanent. Other Botox users have reported feeling pain in their face after the injections were done. If you are going to receive Botox injections, then you should make sure you speak with your doctor ahead of time and tell them all of the drugs you are currently taking and have taken in the past. There are some medications you will not be able to take as you are taking Botox because this will increase the risk of side effects.
